Annual Reports and Regulatory Filings

Each year, Stewardship Ontario publishes an Annual Report that highlights the program’s operational and financial performance. Stewardship Ontario also submits an annual Regulatory Filing to the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA), as per Section 30(1) of the Waste Diversion Transition Act, 2016, and previously the Waste Diversion Act, 2002.

  • 2023 Stewardship Ontario Annual Report

    Stewardship Ontario has met key milestones in the process to enable a smooth transition to an extended producer responsibility (EPR) framework. Stewardship Ontario continues to provide administrative and operational services with Circular Materials for the duration of the Stewardship Ontario wind-up period.
