As part of the Transition Plan for Ontario’s legacy Blue Box Program, Stewardship Ontario is preparing to wind up operations at the end of 2025.
Effective December 12, 2025, Stewardship Ontario program information will no longer be available on the WeRecycle Portal.
Ahead of this deadline, we remind stewards to download your historical data and reports from the WeRecycle Portal (which date back to your initial registration with the program) to retain for future reference.
The historical data and reports on the Portal include past Annual Steward Reports, Annual Invoices associated with filed Annual Steward Reports and Invoices or Credit notes associated with steward-initiated adjustments. Please see these helpful tips for how to download your historical data and reports from the Portal.
