MHSW stewards are reminded to submit their final quarterly supply reports of Q3 sales data (July 1 – Sept 30) in the WeRecycle Portal by October 31, 2021.
The final supply report is a regulatory obligation which is required for stewards to remain in good standing (and be eligible for program fee reductions and potential residual fund payments). Final MHSW program invoices will be issued to Stewards in December.
The MHSW Program ceased operations on September 30, 2021, and producer obligations under the Hazardous and Special Products Regulation became effective October 1, 2021. A summary of final steps and key dates for MHSW stewards from the September 14 webinar is available on the MHSW wind up webpage.
Stewards are also reminded that any adjustment reports for 2021 data are due no later than November 30, 2021. After that date Stewards will no longer be able to submit supply adjustment reports. MHSW supply data, however, will continue to be available on the WeRecycle Portal and stewards will be provided at least 45-days notice regarding any changes to MHSW data access on the Portal.
