|Robyn Collver is Senior Vice-President, Risk and Regulatory Affairs for Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (“CTC”). She oversees CTC’s risk management activities across its family of businesses. In addition, she oversees CTC’s regulatory interactions and compliance activities and leads its sustainability initiatives.|
|Robyn joined CTC in 2002 as Associate General Counsel, became General Counsel of its Financial Services division in 2004 and served as General Counsel of CTC from 2008 to 2015. In this capacity, she led all the legal and regulatory activity for CTC’s domestic operations and foreign subsidiaries. Prior to joining the Company, Robyn provided external counsel to CTC as a partner with a major Canadian law firm and specialized in the practice of corporate and securities law.|
|Robyn currently serves on the Steering Committee of the Circular Economy Leadership Coalition and on the Board of Alzheimer Society of Toronto.
She holds a law degree from University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University.
